Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Used these for first time as my normal airport taxi service was fully booked. Unsure if our 3 suitcases would fit Craig brought his vehicle around to our house to ensure that they would fit. This was several weeks before we were due to leave. We were impressed by the helpfulness and friendly nature plus the dedication to make sure we were happy with the service provided. Bang on time Craig arrived to take us to Gatwick with the minimum of fuss and a stress free drive.
Our early hours flight return journey was delayed but Prodrive kept in touch constantly as things changed and we were met when we arrived some 2 hrs after our scheduled return. Another stress free journey home and we will be using prodrive cars as our first choice now!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely amazing service by Dan at Pro Drive Cars. Due to last minute changes to our scheduled flights we had to call Dan urgently in the early hours to see if he could get us to the airport. He showed tremendous understanding, flexibility and it was a lovely smooth drive, he was so calm, with great communication. Due to this we were able to get to the airport on time and not miss our flights. Thank you Dan, you saved our holiday. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience with our return transfers to Heathrow. The cars were clean, comfortable and roomy, and the drivers arrived on time and were helpful and pleasant. When we had a 2 hr flight delay and a further delay while we waited for nearly 2hrs for our luggage delivery at T5, Craig kept in touch and was very understanding. So nice to find a reliable car service - we will always use Pro-drive Cars!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was the first time I had used Pro Drive Cars, and had decided to use them on recommendation. They were so professional, communication was great on booking and again confirming my booking just to make sure everything was still correct. I had booked them to pick me up from Heathrow on Monday this week, and again communication on landing which was reassuring. Friendly conversation with Craig on the way back which was a nice way to end my holiday. I would highly recommended them, and now I wouldn’t use anyone else.
